* GVP, IBM Direct Talk - New Zealand
* Genesys CTI - Min 2 yrs experience in Genesys - Ipswich, UK - Long Term
* Genesys CTI - Min 2 yrs experience in CTI - 6 resources and will be placed in India. Location will not be constraint.
Nortel
* Nortel Periphonics - 2 to 3 yrs experience - Noida, India
Cisco
* Cisco ICM, IPCC, IPT - 8 resources for Pune, India. Will be initailly placed in UK/Nedherlands for transition/training
